I’ve had long hair all my all my life. It’s been kind of a trademark (that is, as soon as my sister stopped trying to cut it into a mushroom cut). But last week I chopped off 11 inches for Locks of Love. Yes, eleven. I was inspired by my cousin and her niece (who is 7 years old with the most gorgeous blond hair) who recently donated their manes. What an amazing bonding experience for them!
"Locks of Love provides hair pieces for children who wouldn't otherwise be able to afford it."
A few of my little girl patients absolutely loved my long hair, and to be honest I’m a bit afraid to face them. But hopefully by explaining the reasoning they’ll still like me and maybe even learn a thing or two.
